Hoax of anti-whaling reasonings



Whales aren't equal with the domesticated animals people eat because the reproductive rate of them are far higher than that of whales. It doesn't help that whales take about 10 years to reach reproductive maturity.

It's all well and good to preach that all animals are equal but the sad fact is they aren't. Whales can't keep up with Japan's whaling fleet's quota and eventually they'll be gone. God help us if commercial whaling starts up again.

How did you know that? In 1992, the Scientific commission of IWC completed a calculation method which is so safe that using this method cannot exert adverse influence on the environment. Japan insists that the quotas calculated based on that method should be applied to Japan. But anti-whaling countries reject that idea. Why? There are people who earn money from restricting Japan's whaling.

I'm sorry but I'm calling you out on the whole Cows chickens, pigs, and whales are killed the same way. You see slaughter houses kill the animals quickly. Where as whales get shot by a giant metal arrow which explodes after embedding itself in there. This is not a guaranteed quick kill. In fact sometimes the whale may take hours to die and even then sometimes they don't even wait for it to die.

You say that slaughter houses kill the animals quickly but not whales.

If you truly love and worry about the pain of animals slaughtered by butchers, stop eating any animals! Be consistent! Even if you don’t eat meat, you will not die. So in order to reduce the pain and eliminate tragedy of animal massacres, you must show the first example. Become a vegetarian. Some cows know that they will die and try to escape the destiny before going to butchery.
