The US Army report on the strategy of the Atomic bomb dropped upon Hiroshima on Aug. 6, 1945 shows that any flights except that of Enola Gay were prohibited between 4 hours before and 6 hours after the dropping, which means that the US wished people in the city not to hide themselves in the air-raid shelters in order to research the effects of the bomb on human bodies.

The nuclear attack was the worst scientific experiment whatever in the human history.
